Design isn't just aesthetics — it's psychology

After analyzing 10,000 Orivan profiles, we found that design choices have a massive impact on conversion rates. Here's what the data shows.

Color psychology

  • Teal/green profiles see 12% higher CTR on average — associated with trust and action
  • Dark backgrounds perform better for entertainment and music creators
  • Light/minimal designs outperform for professional and B2B creators
  • The fold effect

Links above the fold (visible without scrolling) get 4x more clicks than links below. Keep your most important link in the top 3.

    Button shape matters

Rounded buttons outperform sharp-cornered buttons by 8% on mobile. Our brains associate rounded shapes with safety and approachability.

    Contrast is king

The highest-converting pages have strong contrast between the background and the link buttons. Low contrast = low clicks.
