Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Orivan. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orivan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Orivan is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create customizable profile pages containing links to their content, products, and social media profiles. The Service is provided on a freemium basis — a free tier is available with limited features, and a paid Pro tier is available with additional features as described on our Pricing page.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of Orivan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not use another person's account without permission. You must be at least 13 years old to use Orivan. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at security@orivan.me.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Orivan to: post or link to illegal content; harass, abuse, or harm other users; distribute spam, malware, or phishing content; impersonate any person or entity; violate any applicable laws or regulations; scrape or crawl the Service without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use the Service to compete with Orivan by building a similar product; or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on Orivan, including your profile information, links, and images. By posting content, you grant Orivan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without notice.

6. Pro Subscription

Orivan Pro is a paid subscription service billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day free trial for new Pro subscribers. Only one free trial per user.

7. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us at billing@orivan.me for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time on annual subscriptions, except where required by law. 8. Intellectual Property

The Orivan name, logo, website design, templates, and all other intellectual property are owned by Orivan, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our written permission. The templates provided by Orivan are licensed to you for use on your profile page only and may not be extracted or used elsewhere.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orivan, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
