Terms of Service
Written to be read, not buried. Here is what you agree to when you use Orivan — and what we commit to in return.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an Orivan account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Orivan.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Orivan. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and by posting a notice in your dashboard at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Orivan operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password secure and do not share your credentials with others.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated.
Each person may maintain one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse the service is prohibited.
Usernames are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, impersonating others, or violating our policies.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Acceptable use
Orivan is for creating personal and professional link-in-bio pages. You may use it for any lawful purpose that does not violate these terms.
You may not use Orivan to distribute illegal content, malware, phishing links, spam, hate speech, content that sexualizes minors, or content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
You may not impersonate another person, brand, or organization in a way that is misleading or deceptive.
You may not attempt to overload, hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer Orivan's systems. Automated access to the service without our written permission is prohibited.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
Billing and subscriptions
The free plan is available indefinitely with no credit card required. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, we offer a 14-day refund window for first-time Pro subscribers. See our Refund Policy for full details.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period — they take effect on your next renewal.
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will revert to the free plan.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of all content you create on Orivan — your links, bio, profile images, and any other content you upload.
By using Orivan, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display your content on your public profile page and to process it as necessary to provide the service.
Orivan's platform, templates, design system, code, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
If you believe content on Orivan infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@orivan.me with a DMCA takedown notice. We will respond within 48 hours.
Limitation of liability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orivan's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold Orivan harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
