Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Pro. If it is not right for you, getting a refund should be simple — not a battle.

14-day refund window for new Pro subscribers

Eligible for refund

  • You subscribed to Pro for the first time and are requesting a refund within 14 days of your first charge.
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a technical error on our side.
  • You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error.
  • You upgraded to annual billing and are requesting a refund within 7 days of the annual charge.

Not eligible

  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after the charge date.
  • Renewals of an existing subscription (monthly or annual).
  • Requests citing "I forgot to cancel" — we send renewal reminders 3 days before each charge.
  • Partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
  • Accounts that violated our Terms of Service and were terminated.
  • Free plan accounts (there is nothing to refund).

How to request a refund

Email us

Send a refund request to billing@orivan.me from the email address on your account. Include your username and the date of the charge.

We review within 24 hours

Our team reviews every request personally. We will confirm eligibility and approve or explain why the request does not qualify.

Refund issued in 3–5 days

Approved refunds are processed immediately. Funds typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Common questions

Do I lose Pro access when I request a refund?

Yes. When a refund is issued, your account reverts to the free plan immediately. Your links and data are preserved — you just lose Pro features.

Can I get a refund on an annual plan?

Annual plan refunds are available within 7 days of the annual charge if you have not used Pro features during that period. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

What if I was charged after cancelling?

If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, that is our error and we will refund it immediately with no questions asked. Please email billing@orivan.me with your cancellation confirmation.

I upgraded by accident. Can I get a refund?

If you upgraded accidentally and contact us within 48 hours without having used any Pro features, we will process a refund as a courtesy.

How do I cancel to avoid future charges?

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You will keep Pro access until the end of your current period and will not be charged again.
