Refund Policy
We stand behind our product. If you're not happy, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how our refund process works.
If you're not completely satisfied with Orivan Pro within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
Eligible for refund
- First-time Pro subscribers within 14 days of initial payment
- Annual plan subscribers within 14 days of renewal
- Cases where a technical issue prevented you from using Pro features
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Charges made after you cancelled your subscription
Not eligible
- Requests made after 14 days of the charge
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Partial month refunds after the 14-day window
- Requests citing "I forgot to cancel" after the renewal date (outside 14 days)
- Free trial conversions where the trial was fully used
How to request a refund
Additional information
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Currency
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge. If exchange rates have changed, the refunded amount in your local currency may differ slightly.
Subscription cancellation
Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately from Settings → Billing to avoid future charges.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in account suspension and additional fees. We're always happy to resolve issues directly.
