Managing your links

Adding a new link

Go to your Dashboard (the main page after login)

Click "Add link" in the Links section

Enter a title — this is what visitors will see on your page

Enter the destination URL

Optionally choose a link type (Booking, Buy, Download, Content, Contact, Social)

Click "Add link"

Your link is immediately live on your page.

Link types

Orivan supports 6 link type labels that appear as colored badges on your links:

Booking — calendar links, scheduling pages
Buy — product pages, checkout links
Download — files, lead magnets, resources
Content — YouTube, blog posts, podcasts
Contact — email, WhatsApp, DMs
Social — Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.

Writing better link titles

Your link title is what visitors click. Make it action-oriented:

❌ "YouTube"

✅ "Watch my latest video →"

❌ "Shop"

✅ "Get 20% off this week only"

Reordering links

Drag the grip handle (the six-dot icon on the left of each link) to reorder. The top link gets the most clicks — put your most important link first.

Enabling and disabling links

Toggle the switch on the right of any link to temporarily hide it without deleting it. Useful for seasonal promotions.

Editing a link

Hover over a link and click the pencil icon to edit the title, URL, type, or description.

Deleting a link

Hover over a link and click the trash icon. This cannot be undone.

Free plan limit

Free accounts can have up to 10 active links. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited links.
