Your Primary CTA is the single most important link on your page — the one action you most want visitors to take.
Setting a Primary CTA from the dashboard

Go to Dashboard (main page)2
Hover over any link in your list3
Click the target icon (crosshair) that appears in the action buttons4
The link gets a teal left border and a "Primary CTA" label at the topOnly one link can be the Primary CTA at a time. Setting a new one automatically removes the previous one.
Setting a Primary CTA from Conversion Tools

Go to Dashboard → Conversion Tools2
Scroll to the "Primary CTA Link" section3
Click the radio button next to the link you want4

Appears with a highlighted teal border on your page to draw attention
Its clicks are tracked separately in your Analytics funnel as "Clicked Primary CTA"
Enables the Conversion Rate metric in your analytics dashboard
Best practices
Set your highest-value action as the CTA: booking link, product page, or lead magnet
Put the CTA link at the top of your link list
Use action-oriented copy: "Book a free 30-min call" not "Calendly"
Test different copy with A/B Testing to find what converts best
