My analytics are not showing data

Troubleshooting

Summary: Why your analytics might show zero and how to fix it.

Analytics not tracking

Your page has not been visited yet

Analytics only record data when someone visits your public profile page (orivan.me/username). Viewing your own dashboard does not count as a visit.

Share your profile URL on your social platforms and check back after a few visits.

You are viewing the wrong time period

The default period is 7 days. If you just signed up, switch to "30d" or check that the period covers when you started sharing your link.

Ad blockers

Some visitors use ad blockers that may block analytics scripts. This is normal — analytics tools typically undercount by 10–20% due to blockers.

Conversion funnel shows zero CTA clicks

The funnel only tracks CTA clicks if you have a Primary CTA set. Go to your Dashboard, hover over your most important link, and click the target icon to set it as Primary CTA.

Data delay

Analytics events are processed in near real-time but may have a delay of up to 2 minutes during high traffic periods.
